At FARMIO.in, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality vegetables, fruits, groceries, edible oils, and essential products right to your doorstep. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, our Refund & Return Policy ensures a smooth and fair resolution.
1. Products Eligible for Return/Replacement
- Fresh Vegetables, Fruits, and Perishables – If the items are damaged, spoiled, or not fresh at the time of delivery, you are eligible for a free replacement.
- Packaged Groceries, Oils, and Essentials – Can be returned/replaced if found defective, expired, wrong item, or damaged upon delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items – Products already consumed, partly used, or tampered with after delivery are not eligible for return.
2. Timeframe for Request
- Customers must raise a return/replacement request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
- Beyond 24 hours, requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. How to Request a Return/Refund

- Share your order ID, product details, and images (if applicable) of the issue.
- Our team will verify and approve the request for replacement/refund.
4. Refund Process
- Replacement First Policy – For fresh produce, we prioritize free replacement over refunds.
- If replacement is not possible, a refund will be initiated via the original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer/Card) within 5–7 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI.
5. Delivery & Pickup of Returned Items
- For defective/damaged products, our delivery representative will arrange a pickup or replacement delivery as per your convenience.
- In case of packaged goods, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
