At FARMIO.in, we are committed to ensuring that your fresh vegetables, fruits, groceries, edible oils, and daily essentials reach you on time, in the best condition, and at the best price. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver in [Purulia Town and nearby / 723101 – 723103, 723149].
Expansion to new areas is ongoing — please check our website for updated service locations.

2. Delivery Charges

FREE Delivery is provided on minimum orders within our service area.
No hidden charges – the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery for all fresh items (vegetables, fruits, essentials) depending on order cut-off time.
Packaged goods may take 1–3 working days depending on availability.
Customers can select their preferred time slot at checkout (subject to availability).

4. Order Processing

Orders placed before [12 noon] are processed the same day.
Orders placed after cut-off are scheduled for the next available delivery slot.
You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp/email confirmation once your order is confirmed and out for delivery.

5. Safe & Contactless Delivery

Our delivery representatives follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure your products are handled with care.
Contactless delivery is available upon request.
Customers are requested to check their order at delivery.

6. Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable during delivery, our team will contact you to reschedule, which will be chargable.
Re-delivery attempts will be made within the next available time slot. Customer has to pay the delivery charges whatever will be applicable.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected delays (weather, traffic, supply chain disruptions, or local restrictions) may occasionally occur.
In such cases, you will be informed promptly.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship outside our defined service area or to remote pin codes beyond our delivery network.
